The Clipfire is the smallest blaster of the current BoomCo arsenal - and you can tell that its designers put a lot of thought into making it a worthy and practical sidearm. The general mechanics are quite simple. You shove a dart in through the muzzle, pull back the priming rod and squeeze the trigger - no need to reinvent the wheel, similar mechanics can be found on the BoomCo's Farshot and Nerf's Firestrike or Nite Finder. You won't be able to fire unless a dart has been loaded in - this is to prevent you from dryfiring and will extend the life of this toy. Apart from generally being a nice blaster with good ranges the Clipfire is a great sidearm for the following reasons: First of all it is very small and can be made even smaller because the handle folds in. On the press of a button it will fold out again. The second reason is a very small detail that makes a whole lot of sense - the priming rod is also a clip with which you can attach the Clipfire to your belt. This seems insignificant but is a great idea because you will usually want to carry a small blaster like this as an addition to a bigger one. If you don't own a holster that will fit your sidearm you have a problem. The Clipfire circumvents said problem in the most simple and elegant way. Aside from the blaster itself this bundle also contains two Smart Stick darts and a target. The darts stick to the target and the shields of other BoomCo blasters.
